My boyfriend and I have lived here for two years and we think it's great. I've never heard of any problems as far as cars or apartments being broken into. No loud noise (except sometimes kids playing outside, but that's not really a problem). Assigned parking spaces, so parking is never a problem. Management is extremely friendly and helpful. They will call you if a package has arrived for you, etc. Repairs are taken care of quickly - within 2-3 days. There's a security guard at night. I feel extremely safe here. Great value for the money.
