Great place to live, and price includes EVERYTHING, so it's not any more expensive than other places

I worked as a research assistant at the U of A over the summer of 2006, and I needed a place to live for just those three months. The management was very friendly and very willing to meet my needs for a short term lease.
First off, I'll talk about the money. At first glance, Sahara appears to be more expensive than other places, but it reall isn't. The price you pay includes EVERYTHING: high speed Internet, ALL UTILITIES, maintenance, seriously EVERYTHING. The only additional things you have to pay for is laundry and a monthly parking fee (which is worth it -- the parking lot is gated, monitored by many cameras, and very safe).
It is a great place to live, the facilities and amenities are awesome, and it's quiet. If I ever need to move back to Tucson, this place will be the first place I will look.
My only complaint about my entire experience was the Internet connection. When I was there, it was intermittent and it had a few problems. HOWEVER, as I was moving out, they had just put a bunch of money into re-structuring their network. From what I hear, all of the problems should be fixed now, so I wouldn't worry about it.
Also, I cannot re-emphasize how friendly and accomodating the management is...they're great.
