Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I have lived here at San Ventana for one year now and I have had nothing but good experiences. Sure, there can be some scorpions but thats anywhere in the foothills. They do offer a free pest control service which has worked well in my apartment. The staff is very friendly and professional plus there maintenance man won best maintenance man of the year for 2002 for all of Arizona state! They seem to really have their act together. Don't let those other reviews fool you, Just come down and see for yourself!!! You'll love it just as much as I do!!!!!
