I lived there a short time and found management there very unfriendly and always putting complaint letters on your door without checking out the truth of the complaint. I got 2 complaint letters about my dog barking and threatening to evict me for it barking and I don?t even own a dog. Then after I moved they tried to charge for excess fees for cleaning because I smoked and for pet odor and I reinforced to them that I didn?t own a dog and that I wasn?t living in a smoke free apartment.They also charge $25 each time you back your car into a parking space.
