I moved into San Ventana Apartments in January of 2004 and at first the apartments looked nice and the leasing agent was also nice so my wife and I decided to move in. But once we did we found that the appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher) are cheap and they should have been replaced along with the worn out carpet, all 5 to 7 layers of tile in the kitchen and the chipped and warped counter tops has seen its days. don't bother asking for replacements becuase thier to cheap to do it. They use a crapy bug service too, it seems that the bug service feeds the bugs instead of killing them. talk about job security! You'll spend a lot of money for a cheap place, can't wait to get out!!!!
