Alot of reviews on here complain of scorpions, but I have lived here for 7 months already, and have yet to see ANY inside, and only 1 outside. The apartments are very nice, inside and out, and the maintenance is very good, one of my toilets broke, I told them and it was fixed the next day while I was at work(after I gave permission to enter, of course) Two pools and two spas, and technically both pools are heated, but they turn one heater off to save money, not a big deal during the hot summer, in fact probably a good thing. I only know of one complex thats nicer thats still technically an apartment complex, and they are quite a bit more expensive, but are also kitty corner to San Ventana, so compare for yourselves.

To appreciate San Ventana, walk across the street to the third complex in the area, the Greens, and you'll see right away what you are getting for the money.
