Very nice but two honest concerns

I looked around a long time before I decided on San Ventana.

This is a really nice place with excellent front office staff.The location is second to none.

The place also has the very best and biggest pool in the Tucson rental business.

Things get fixed right away too...thanx Len!

One concern...Scorpions seems to be a real problem in many units.

My daughter and I were both stung by these nasty creatures.

They are Bark Scorpions which are the most nasty in North America.

Grant it they sprayed all the time, and more if you requested, but the problem still exists.

Honestly though I am not sure that any of the complexes in the foothills are without this problem to some degree.
The other issue is thus......last winter they decided to heat the small pool and not the large pool and this ticked a lot of people off.

I am not sure if they will correct this big mistake this winter.
