My mom and I lived in these apartments for a year. We moved out last year when she bought a house. We loved the apartment complex. Our neighbors were kind and courteous in the evening we would let all of our dogs play together. The complex is VERY friendly to pets with about 4 or five pet waste places with bags around the premises. The two pools were always clean and well kept, I think the smaller one only closed once over the year we lived there and we were given notice about it prior to it and it was closed for only one day. Whenever we needed something looked at (which was very seldom everything worked great) they were out promptly and very courteous.

As far as the apartment itself it was clean and everything was new and updated. We had new burber carpet and new appliances. We never heard our neighbors with the exeption of occasionally hearing water pipes (but face it, it is apartment living. It really felt like home, it was open spacious and bright and we loved it. We moved from apartments across the street and had had trouble with mold, not so here we never delt with mold even in our bathrooms.

I loved as a teenager how close it was to local shopping. I couldnt drive at the time so I would walk to Cold Stone for ice cream, pizza hut, the grocery store or to the spa and fitness center to get my hair cut. Despite being so close to things it was still very private and secluded.

And lastly the office staff was always kind a curtious, a remember a few times grabbing the wrong keychain and not having my fitness room key with me they would always let me in. They would give my dog treats when I would walk her to pick up a package. I had and have no complaints.

I am now out on my own and moving to Phoenix and can only hope to find a place as great as this again and in a bigger city. When it comes down to it, you are living in an apartment, you have to deal more closely to people than you would on your own property, and you will hear and see other people, but that is life. If you don't like it buy a house!
