Sand Pebble Apartments

Currently living here and LOVE it...HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From: SheLovely1 Date posted: 9/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My boyfriend and I have lived at Sand Pebble since May 2007. We ultimately chose this apartment complex because of the Washer/Dryer in unit and the location (central Tucson). The other nice things about this complex are: small complex, lovely landscaping, new maitenance guy (Ralph who is awesome and cheery), great manager (Yvonne is so nice), pets allowed (1 small dog or cat), pool/spa, very well lit at night, very quiet. Our 2bd/2ba apartment is large and spacious for the price we pay and we have a bay window in the living room. We live on the 1st floor and had a leak seep in through a wall during the bad monsoons this summer and soak our carpet but Yvonne was so great to get the problem fixed quickly. It's nice to have an apartment manager who CARES about you and any problems in your unit! Though this isn't a gated community, we haven't experienced any problems with our cars being broken into/stolen, etc. We use the covered parking and there are spaces right in front of our apartment. I have seen a Tucson Police patrol car drive through here every so often just to show a presence and check things out. That makes me feel pretty safe. The porches here are covered and our little yard is perfect for our little dog. The other great thing about this place is you are allowed to have TV satellite dishes (Direct TV, etc) and almost every apartment here does. Ft. Lowell is also a pretty quiet road so no loud traffic disturbance. If you are looking for a reasonably priced/amenity packed place to live in mid-town with an in-unit Washer/Dryer (not a hook-up), then Sand Pebble Apartments is a great option for you. Just plan accordingly and get your name on the list months in advance because a lot of people want to live here!!!
