The complex is changing for the worse.

I used to live at Sandstone for 3 years, but this April I am moving out.

The new management tries to save money at all costs, the last time I had a leaky faucet, I needed to call them three times before someone actually showed up.

They are now instituting a separate "water charge", which is simply a disguised 15 dollar rent hike.

The crime also seem to go up.

My car was vandalized two times in the last year.

The new management simply doesnt seem to care about our safety.

The location is wonderful - close to shopping and the University, but I am moving to an East side complex with all the same pluses, and hopefully a more responsible management.
