I lived in Sandstone for 1 year and had to leave because of a job offer on the East Coast. It was a fantastic place to live, close to I-10, downtown, UofA, shopping, supermarkets. I lived on the third floor and had a balcony that faced north and looked over the foothills/Catalinas... beautiful!! The rent was low, it was quiet, I never had any problems. I thought it was safe as well, people were friendly. I miss it very much!

you must be the sister of the manager or something, there's NO WAY this place deserves a five. the management is rude and inconsiderate, the place is full of crime and unsafe, and nobody's doing a thing about it. sure management, make the claim that you're taking police classes and other preventative measures to give us a better living experience. I knew the first month into my lease that i wouldn't renew. i can't wait to get out.
