Sure, they'll lull you into thinking you're getting a good deal, that your possessions are secure, that you can park anywhere that you want, that you'll get new carpet, but it's all a bunch of ----.

I signed the lease thinking all of these were true, then my car was broken into twice in the first three months i was here, the new carpet never came, they initiated some pain-in-the---- restrictive permit thing that prevents my girlfriend from parking close to my apartment, and then, even after complaining, they get petty and stick me with a $15 late charge for turning my rent in on the fourth when the office was closed the two days before.

She pointed slyly at the dropbox hidden obscurely on the window on the BACK side of the office building (that was never pointed out to me) and said 'You guys know this is late, that'll be $15 extra'.

I didn't expect she'd know that I lived alone, or what apartment I was in, the term 'they' must have been in reference to us, the meek exploitable little tenants, whose money is within their petty grasp.

the apartment is decent, I'll give you that, thanks to my kick---- neighbors, but the office is a group of inconsiderate, petty, lying -------, and that's AFTER they got new management.

Find any place but here.

It ain't worth the hassle.

I'd pay $100 more a month if I didn't have to deal with their attitudes.
