After the apartment was acquired, everything changed. New management is lousy and not hepfull. The quality of tenant decreased alot, lots of -------- with 5-6 kids living in 1 bedroom apartments. Not safe x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

That's because they get funding for section 8 so you have a bunch of illegals who can't speak english and live 4-5 in a one bedroom. What happens when you tell management? NOTHING>
