I hate it when people make broad speculatory generalizations about why people give bad reviews (liek the last guy). the fact is this place is managed poorly and charges too much rent. the office staff is incompetent save one lady, who (unwittingly') put on a fantastic facade to sell the apartments, beacuse, frankly, if they put that the office is a bunch of -------, nobody would buy, would they' this place is the farthest thing from a gated community, despite how much they claim to be "working on it", and their silly little anti-drug picnics aren't fooling anybody, this place is a haven for dealers and criminals, just ask my truck window. the office is concerned with one thing - the bottom line. i guess nobody's clued them in about the whole "customer service" trend. i can't wait to get out. It's unfortunate that the options below don't provide a "I would suggest people do NOT move here" radio button.
