This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in.

I lived there for two years.

First, it's located in a horrible neighborhood.

You hear police sirens all the time.

Many residents are completely sketchy.

The security gates don't keep anyone out -- if you don't have a key, just climb over! Don't go out at night alone, and keep your car locked at all times and don't keep anything valuable in it if you want to keep your car from being stolen.

The management is incompetent, and don't do anything they say they will do.

Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything.

AND they damaged some of my property in my apartment when they were doing maintence while I was at work! That was the last straw.

When I first moved in, my washing machine and stove didn't work, and it took two weeks for them to come fix it.

I knew right then that I'd made a mistake by living there.

The place might look nice from far away, but there's trash everywhere, the workout room is gross.

One treadmill has been broken since September 2005.

If you move in here, hopefully you'll never need maintenance! Also, the management turnover rate is crazy.

I can't even count how many times the staff changed since I lived there.

The current staff is not good.

They're the reason I left.

I could put up with the neighborhood, but I can't deal with incompetant management and being treated terribly when I'm paying way too much for that place.
