Before I begin ( and I hope you read my review and remember it) I'd like to point out how many "good reviews" were alll written on 9/13/06. Was this an attempt to counteract all of the bad reviews'' Probably. Who wrote them' Probably management. It's quite obvious. They alternating 4.0 and 5.0 ratings and all pretty much said the same thing. They switched up grammar type and font to project different authors. If you want proof of what this place is like...get off your computer and drive down there. You won't see beautiful grounds or any of that. The proof is RIGHT THERE. Just make sure you don't visit internet photos that give the appearance of "luxury." If the managers spent as much energy trying to fix problems as they do trying to lie about this place...it MIGHT be livable.


If I could go back and do it all again,I would have visited this website before signing my lease. I will breakdown my experience (it's almost over thank G-d)...

I moved in and everything was OK at first. Then the noise started...if for one second you call this complex quiet you are a liar or deaf. The section 8 program doesn't bring the most intelligent or respectful of people, needless to say 90% of the residents here disregard their neighbors and put no limit to the amount of noise they make and find acceptable. Well let's call the night manager to straighten this out. Not gonna work...the night manager will foward the call to the response team and then the waiting begins. Tick tock...call the night manager again and drop a friendly reminder. "I called the patrol", she says. "Well maybe try to call them again," I reply (as a matter of fact like). She tells me what every night manager before her has said because they have no real program here to deal with non-emergency issues and those words are..."Call the Police." Well I already tried and they have an answering machine that refers the caller to 911. I will not call 911 over noise, no matter how annoying it is. Anyway I communicate this to the mental giant manning the telephones and she tells me to talk to the office in the morning. I've done that too...at least 15 times (no exagerration). They tell me that they are "going to deal with it." Well that's funny because the turnover rate in that office is so high and so frequent...NONE of your concerns will be addressed. Long story short, no one EVER responds (1 out of 30 or so to be fair).
In summary, it's hell with no one to help you. Everybody passes the buck because customers (residents) aren't a priority in this complex.

Next problem...these beautiful luxury grounds. Are you kidding me' One time the "gated" community failed to keep out a drunk man who passed out in front of my door and vomitted all over the area right outside of my door. When I called the office and asked if the staff could go hose it down, I was told "yeah no problem". Did it ever happen' No, no it didn't. That is just an individual issue, the collective grounds are much much worse. I don't know how some of the stuff gets on the walkways...soup, paint, Lord knows what else is on there...but it NEVER gets cleaned. Neither does the trash on the grass. It's embarrassing.

Next issue...ROACHES. They do exist here. It large amounts in fact. Well management wants to fix the problem so they leave notices on your door to empty your cupboards and if you have a pet to vacate it for a whole day. Ok, I comply. Do they ever come''' Well, they didn't after the first two times I cleaned out my kitchen, took my dog to a friends while I was at work and all that...but at least they did on the third time. Still unacceptable.

I could go on and on. But if your safety or car is important to you...Don't move here. If you don't like being annoyed all of the time...don't move here. If you don't like roaches...don't move here. If you don't want to overpay for substandard living conditions...don't move here.

And no, I never got an eviction notice or do I have any other beef with the management or complex other than the fact that they both are greatly greatly below par.

I happen to be quite sure that the good reviews are written by the management so don't let them fool you.
