The comment in the reply to the last posting should be a great indicator of how management thinks of their "valued" tenants = income source.
There is NO RESPECT or understanding.
Only excuses.
Stay away, you'll pay more than it is worth and your car will likely get broken into.
Too little too late as far as "improvements" go.
Keep reading the other reviews.

So much for improving the apartments..... shouldn't they be concerned about the tenants. wow very poor management skills. i just moved here and they gave me three different prices for rent. its been six months and my rent is already going up. i filed a maintenance report in July(my first day here) and it was only done early December. Up until the residents are shown some respect the place will have low ratings.... you guys are slow to do maintenance but right on my back when i am late with my rent check. i feel like you only want tenants for the money and not to accommodate them.
