THIS PLACE IS AWFUL-MANAGEMENT CHANGE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

The manager change at Sandstone is definitely for the worse. I don't think that the fact that she rides a Harley is as much the problem as is the terrible personality that treats residents, employees and vendors in the manner that she does. What she does in her own time is her life, however the tatoos all over her and all the Harley decor in the office really degrade everything the new owners are trying to do here. This has all the makings of being a very nice property,but the class of people being rented to now that Linda and her staff are gone is terrible. There are 9 illegals in a unit near by that I know of and this place may become a ghost town once it makes it illegal for business to hire them. Previous staff made it clear that if you didn't follow rules or if you do drugs you would be leaving and the respect for them made people know that they were here to clean up Sandstone and make it a great place to live. Kris is trying to show good figures to management but at the expense of the good residents that have been here a long time. I have been in education for years and at Sandstone for years. I've never seen the quality of the office staff this low. The notices and newletters they send out are atrocious in grammar and spelling. I showed them to fellow teachers and they couldn't believe where I live. I was embarrassed by these publications.
The light in the spa has been out for months and most of the pool lights. There is going to be a drowning here due to the neglect.
New resident coming in have no respect for the property or anyone on it. They party all night long and the trash all over the property is at a new high. It will be no time at all that the beautiful new paint and other new things we have recived will be ruined. There is rumor that Kris was only here for the construction, but please, management see that in that time all that Linda and staff did to bring up the property will be ruined. All good residents including myself are giving notice to leave. If the new manager was sent here to be in charge of construction, you would think that at least one project would be completed fully.
I've mentioned the Asst Managers rudeness and the annoying ignorance in the newsletters but it is not changing. Being a teacher, I have out of habit circled the errors in these notices and there are just too many to mention. All in all this only contributes to people of the same caliber living here.
I just would not recommend this property at the present time. There were great new starts, but management went completely backwards and should go back to the previous staff. I feel sorry for the new owner that is not getting what they deserve for trying to upgrade. They are trying so hard to give us a nice place to live.

I AM A RESIDENT AT SANDSTONE APARTMENTS & I TRULY THINK THAT THERE IS A BIGGGG CHANGE IN THE STAFF. BUT FOR THE BETTER!!!!! IT SEEMS THEY ARE DOING MUCH TO BETTER THE PROPERTY AND THE RESIDENTS. THEY DO A LOT OF RESIDENT ACTIVITIES PLUS THEY REALLY WELCOME THE RESIDENT WHEN THEY WALK IN THE OFFICE. WHEN I RECIEVE THE MONTHLY NEWSLETTER OR ANY NOTICES, I REALLY FEEL THEY ARE AT LEAST TRYING TO MAKE IT FEEL LIKE SANDSTONE IS A NICE A FRIENDLY PLACE TO LIVE. YES, I HAVE SEEN SOME GRAMMER ERRORS, BUT HEY WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND WE ALLLL MAKE MISTAKES.
