so i moved in summer of 2007.
i have been there for 9 months now and basically, almost all of these reviews are totally correct.
the pool is always dirty and out of service, the guys who cut the grass turn on thier lawn mowers at like 730 on the morning weekly.
rude little kids(hispanic) run around all hours, till about 1030 pm yelling and fighting...
they are usually cussing and fighting.
many of the residents look like criminals or illegals, police and helicopters are constantly searching the apartments, the management is sooooo slow and totally lazy..
they sit and eat thier food while you are trying to talk business while they talk with thier mouths full...
they lost my rent check too!!! and gave me eviction notices...
but i have always turned in my rent early.
i cant wait till my lease is over...
the new owners are great though...
they are making the place look really beautiful.
and the maintenance men are really nice but sooo many people are ending up getting stuff stolen, cars are broken into all the time, and many of the kids dont even go to school that live in the apartments...
seems like the parents are never home and dont care that thier kids are writing graffiti on the apartments...
since i moved in the exercise room is a f#%^ing joke....
everyhting is broken, its very small...
this place just sucks

She is sooo right. They just tagged 6 newer cars this weekend and one of them was mine. In addition, the lamp posts outside were also tagged with gang graffi. The staff states there is security on duty but they fail to say the guy is posted in the front parking lot and is asleep all night. They have been told by the police department that they need more lighting in the parking area. They constantly raise the rent but what services do you get? It is an unsafe place to live and I am waiting for my lease to be up in a couple months so that I can move to a different location. It is like being a prisoner in your home because of the gang activity and staff don't care.
