I have lived here since the summer of 2008 and already cannot wait to move out.

The staff lied about almost everything when I came in to gather information before I signed my lease and everything they promised has yet to happen.

The gate is always broken, the pool is always dirty and for some reason they feel it is a good idea to have the help mow the lawn at 7:00 in the morning.

There is nasty pigeons and poop all over everywhere.

The club house is always locked and makes it impossible to laundry.

The kitchens are gross and needs updated.

And most of all there are so many illegals and their kids it's insane.

They are rude and annoying and make it so it is an unpleasant and unsafe place to live.

Never live here it sucks

To be fair, they're responsible for offering fair housing to their American applicantsoh wait, I suppose that shouldnt' matter if they're stuffing ten illegals into a small mid-level two-bedroom. I guess they ARE just in it for the money. PLUS, with the economy like it is, you can buy a house in mid-town for almost the same as what they charge you for rent. These people are manipulative and greedy business people. You'd have to be void of any amount of morailty to work in this place. Sandstone is a perfect example of the slump that America is in today.
