Sandstone is a beautiful place to live, don't get me wrong but when there are busloads of people who DO NOT LIVE HERE propping open the pool gate ALL SUMMER LONG, the pool suddenly becomes very uninviting to me and my family...Maintenance was ok for awhile but now response time is SLOW.....Parking lot is very well lit which is good also...sometimes.The only other thing is when you talk to management about the $ you owe, they tell you one thing and then there is a note on your door saying you owe MORE!! I do not reccomend these aprtments to any white families in the area...i now live at another property in that area and am very happy 4 now!

I agree about the management. They don't keep their word about the"discounts" they offer if you renew your lease, or for the "friend referral". I think you need record the conversation or have a witness everytime you talk with the current manager and assistant manager. I perceive a kind of "dislike" for non-white people from the management. I lived in there for a while but I don't recommend it.
