Seneca Terrace

 

I moved in these apartments when they were brand new.

So I really can't testify how they have held up since May 2002.

There were at least three different managers in the year I lived there, the last one being excellent.

Has some nice features, including washer and dryer in each unit, deluxe, large microwave oven and refrigerator with ice-maker and lots of ceiling fans.

The owner of the property did not tolerate any noise, loud parties or deadbeats.

I got all of my security deposit back.

Sometimes there would be noise, but that is to be expected if you live over the pool.

Each unit had one covered parking spot.

One reviewer compalined about two women who are managers there, Leigh and Andrea.

I don't know them.

I do feel fairly confident that I could approach the property's owner with a problem and get it resolved.

He didn't tolerate any crap.
