Do Not Rent Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This used to be a polite, nice, family oriented community until recently. After the lease is signed, they do not care about fixing things and then make the tenants feel bad for wanting it fixed. They advertise pet friendly, but do not allow pets for some. They do not allow wind chimes,hummingbird feeders etc. except for the manager. Managment finds things to they don't like and create fines for the tenants to pay. They promise things and then change their minds after you've signed the lease. From the looks of the other posts it is true, they offer rent discounts to some and not others. Although there are three bedrooms, obviously built for families, kids can no longer play here as they used to. Although this is a great place for the price, but living here is like living with your parents or having a babysitter. You are monitored all the time.
