I've lived here for about 2 years and several manager have come and gone. I happy to say that there is someone here that finally cares.
The new management cares about how things look and how they treat the tenants. I have my wind chimes and hummingbird feeder in place and never once got fined for it. I do know other tenants that have been fined for not taking care of there own actions ie littering, junk on the balcony, etc...
I do highly suggest making this your next home.
