Not Kid Friendly, Pet Friendly or even Human Friendly. Manager is rude and has a mouth that every other word is Filth.

I just watched one person who has a bad heart that lives there; they made him move to a new apartment and offered no assistance in the move. The only reason I understand he had to move is due to the unit he is in, is turning into a corporate unit'
I saw older lady trying to help him.

Should they have not given him any help in the move' And are they not responsible for the transfer fees'

And again this place is not Kid friendly some residence have been told kids can not be outside unless attended by an adult. The female manager there was a good manager. The new manager the one with the foul mouth I think his name is Johnny is very rude he has brought people into tears including his assistant manager Karen due to his total lack of respect for her and other s. The place is going down hill, and that is bad they where once very nice apartment s
spa forget it!!

Too bad this author doesn't have anything else better to do. The person with the health problem wanted to stay at the apartment complex and not move away--the lease is up in the next month or two. It was their choice to stay and transfer. Kid and human friendly as long as the rules are followed. Not a filthy word out of the managers mouth. I guess it's o.k. to let the kids ride theie bikes, scooters, and skateboards on the sidwalks and in the parking lots. I wonder how the author would feel if their child got hit by a car or better yet, have them hit someone on the sidewalk. The inconsideration of the author towards the person with the health problems is appalling. I guess this person doesn't care about privacy.I guess gossip is their ONLY friend there.

These people DID NOT have a choice to stay. They were told to move. Sounds like Karen and Johnny haven't changed much...saying one thing and then creating a rule to cover their ass. This response had to be from them becuase who else would know about when their lease expired? They are very deceitful and make quite a pair.

Any good apartment complex does not allow children to run around UNATTENDED obviously for the safety of the children and for the outside maintenance of their complex. Kids dont know any better sometimes and they do things that will compromise the safety of not only the apartments maintenance, but sometimes the residents like kicking balls at the apartment windows. No child should be running around unattanded anyways and that is a perfectly fair rule to inforce.

Any good complex would have a place for children to play instead of being such a shutin complex where there is nothing to do but sit in your dark dismal apartments with neighbors who dont even try to be neighbors. this place sucks
