They would make Seneca Terrace a place that doesn't allow kids. When people that come in there to get info to move in, Karen doesn't tell this person that they will yell at a 4 year old girl for pushing her dolly in her baby stroller...the rule is "if it has wheels, it's not allowed". Why else would they offer three bedrooms' FOR FAMILIES. They are converting all of the two bedrooms to corporate units which means, adults, companies, etc. No kids. So the rules will have to be more strict. Verbal rules are the norm and change every week/month. Then to cover up their mistake, they will put it in writing so it's official. The apartments are very nice and have alot of space, but not at the expense of living an enjoyable life. Ask your neighbors how much rent they pay - they probably get some kind of discount that doesn't even apply to them. Why would tenants get a military discount and have never been in the military'' They paid the same rent as a true military member. Good luck if you decide to move in here.

i completely agree. me n my brother n sisters lived there n they were always yelling at us for being outside. Then when i got cancer she was all bitchy to my dad cuz i was in the way. Karen isnt a very niced person. They also steal ur money. They had a bad maitnence man who thought he was the manager n kicked my friends out cuz we were only allowed to have a few at a time.
