First let me say the apt are nice and big!
However if you have kids....its a bad place to live!
My friend (single) lives at ST and when it was time for me to move I thought hey why not....they are big...have a pool...clean grounds.
Well I went to take a look at the 3br, I have only seen the 2 br
(thats what my friend lives in)anyway the staff that I talked to had the worst attitude...neither wanted to get up and take me around the prop, it was as if I was bothering them. When one finally got up to show me around the prop and apt it was hurry hurry lets get this done with. Did even walk me around the apt or say anything about the place. Just stood in the front doorway as I looked around.
When we went back to the office I was asked who would be living in the apt.
I told them me and two small kids. Oh boy I got the eyes rolling then.
I was told that kids could not be outside without an adult and that they could not ride bikes,skate,skateboard on the prop. WHAT'''' Is this an old people apt housing'''
I could not believe what I was hearing....Anyway they are in NO WAY KID friendly!!!
If you are single or old it would be a great place for you.......
