I was upset at the way old management treated us, but now that we are gone I am more upset since they are charging us at move out for their repaired we reqeasted to be completed when we lived there. Not only that, but it took them 2 months to send us the tiny little check after they deducted their maintenance fees and painting fees. Our lease states the non refundable fees are for "redecorating and equipment maintenance". I was todl when I called no, it's for administrative fees. That was not mentioned in my lease. Plus they are required to reimburse us within 14 business days. I had to call weekly to ask where my check was. IF you decide to move in, make sure you don't ever move out! They don't follow their own lease.
