Seneca Terrace

We cannot wait to move out of here, it cant happen fast enough for us.
Have had work orders put in which were either done half assed or not done at all with the excuse they are backlogged, need to get a new maintenace person who does his job instead of hanging out by dumpsters on his cell phone smoking a cigarette, which reaks on him whem he does enter your apartment. As a non smoker it is offensive.
you seem to think you are getting this great big apartment with a washer and dryer for the money you pay but that is all they offer you. if you renew your lease you get a carpet cleaning which only costs $50 yeah that is all. the old complex i was at least offered you something off your rent when you renewed or a something new or a gift at least. there is not one wink of community here everyone comes and goes and doesnt even so much as talk to you, not a place for kids, pets or families only retirees or military. walls are paper thin can hear the neighbors partying all night or their televisions blaring or fighting going on.
no playground for kids, no kids outside playing at all, but there is adult partying at the pool at night late into the night and the manager lives next to pool and sees nothing how can this be? cigarette butts on the ground, dog crap on the ground, garbage left out by dumpsters and since i pay rent for this place to be maintained it is not my job to clean it up after someone else. no maintenance man on weekends so the place goes to pot the pool has been green as has the spa.
this place is not what i thought it was at all. i am very disappointed in it, i cannot wait for my lease to be up so i can get out and find somewhere that is family friendly and pet friendly and neighborly.
if you want to move your family with pets here dont plan on your kids having friends, your pet having a place to play you have to drive to the dog park and the pool is cold until about june and you get a soda machine that is it. find somewhere else to go we are.
