i'd have to say, the real tenant comments are right on the mark. it's not the most awful place in the world, but i'm still looking for better. the maintenance is relatively friendly, but their budget suffers and things don't get done as quick as i'd like. there is a very large size difference between the master and second bedroom in the two bedroom, so make sure this is agreed upon with your roommate. i had to use the hall closet, because the one in my room is too small to close when full. stairs are far too small to negotiate with large furniture. overall - the square footage doesn't match what you're paying for. inside walls are thin - very thin. ceiling fan only in master suite and downstairs - major heat problem in summer. air conditioning features ambiguous controls - not sure if i've gotten it to work yet after several months. neighbors are unfriendly and some even sketchy. staff refuses to fix major cracks in tub because they're just "paint damage". cabinet corners are banged and broken and the kitchen is just awful looking. dishwasher a bust. landscaping is depressing. not too expensive though and all-inclusive is nice. when i find better i'll leave.
