Seneca Village Apartments

One of the nicest, at least when I was there... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000   I rented here a long time back but at that time it was really pretty nice. The townhouse format was unique for the area(although the stairs were pretty steep haha), and in an accesible loaction. The noise levels were at a minimum and they rent out townhouses by the week/month which is really convienent for your visitors. I didn't have to deal with the management for many fixes, problems, I did have a party in the pool area once and they were very accomadating, but then too I kept the music levels down and cleaned up afterwards. The apartment was CLEAN when we moved in, probably cleaner than any I've been in since. If I can remember one downside it was our neighbors, they rented right next door for only about 6 months, but they were college age women who were VERY loud. The patios are set up so that your looks right into the one next to you, which is not fun with loud neighbors. But after they moved out, it was smooth sailing.
