Seneca Village Apartments

Not as good as it seems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Lived here a year, hot water always out for at least a month at a time, neighbors ARE very cold (I'm agreeing w/ last person who commented on that). Pools hours DO suck, Apartment falls apartment with every day use, and power mysteriously gets turned out by the main box outside units.
