Section A Accepted and not informed to who does not like to live in Ghetto, too many loud and vandal kids. They break stuff, throw trash all over the place. Police visits here often. If it wasn't by the level of people that live there and the management was a little better (they don't even have computers in the office) it would be ok. The place looks nice. They raised our rent in 6 mos.

i think you are an idiot just because someone is on Section 8 doesnt mean they are trash! and apartments dont have to tell you they accept it, and yes its section 8 not section a stupid!

When I first moved in I was told that management did not believe in move-in discounts because it brings in the wrong kind of people. It was wonderful to live here then. Well they started giving move-in discounts and now this place sucks. From having my car windows broken (multiple times), hit-in-run with my car in the parking lot, my bike stolen and yes even my car stolen. Management likes to blame everything wrong in the complex to the "kids" in the neighboorhood and if you have a legitimate complaint (like drug sales in the parking lot) you are told that EVERYONE in the complex took the same credit score test (whatever that proves) and that if you are complaining you are a racist. Even if you never mentioned race or color when you complained.
