Worst Apartment Ever

We've lived here for about a year and six months. The first year passed without problems, so we renewed our lease. That was the dumbest thing we've ever done.
After we signed the new lease, we have been unable to get anything repaired unless we call the office nearly every day. We've had a hole in our kitchen ceiling for five months. They keep telling us they'll get to it next week.
A second major repair left unfixed is that the facing is falling off our roof and they claim they cannot get a contractor to fix it. That's a fine excuse for a month but not for three.
There are minor things too. Like the fence is falling down. But those become liveable given the other problems.
The rent sounds fair, but it is not worth it for all the hassles. Rent somewhere else if you can.
