I've only lived at Seneca Village for 2 months and can complain greatly about the noise here. It isn't very loud, it's just that the walls are entirely too thin and not insulated well at all. I can hear my neighbors taking showers, it sounds like they are in MY bathroom. I can hear the music that my neighbor plays underneath me. It doesn't help that he works evenings and this music is played from 11pm until 4am despite my complaints to him and to management. I see a new car with a broken window at least once a week when I leave for work. If you like being warm, forget it. It's November 16th and the heat still is not on yet. My place is freezing, thanks to those thin walls. I have to use a space heater in my bedroom. Oh I almost forgot, when you take a shower - be prepared for scalding hot or freezing cold water to come out of the shower head whenever your neighbors flush their toilet, take a shower, etc... If you get home late at night, you won't find parking. This place is OK if it's a temporary move. I only signed a 6 month lease so it's alright for now but there is no way I will sign another lease for this place.
