I have been renting at this location since 2002. The noise level is much less than other apartment locations since the majority are townhomes. The price is affordable as it includes utilities. The crime rate is low, I have only had one instance in the five years I have lived here. Whenever there is a problem it gets addressed. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Do they nverify that you aren't a member of the staff when writing comments? Because if all you say is true I lived in an alternate dimension.
Unless your idea of quiet is loud parties every weekend, affordable means you split the rent with cockroaches and mold, curtious means that all complaints are givin to the hand, and dead bodies in the swimming pool means there is no crime?
