SWAP COOLING. YOU WILL HAVE NO HOPE OF STAYING ANYWHERE CLOSE TO COOL OR COMFORTABLE IN THE SUMMER. APTS GET UP TO 90 DEGREES OR MORE. TERRIBLE. DEATHLY. DOOM. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
