Here are the good things
- included in your rent is internet, cable, water, trash.
- the maintenance staff is great
- the current service staff is friendly and professional
- the apartments are spacious
- pet friendly
Bad things
- The owners asked me to take down anti-war signs in my windows but others were not asked to remove their "Support our troops" signs.
- The electricity bills based on a weighted avareage of everyone's electricity usuage in the building. This is because their electricity monitoring system is old and they didn't want to deal with the cost of replacing it.
- Management states that there is free heating and air conditioning, but you pay for the fan used to distribute the heat/cool air.
- Upon moving out they tried charging for the full replacement cost of the apartment, instead of a prorated rate. A difference of over $100 dollars.
- Then they gave me a bill for another apartment's carpet replacement cost...two months later I asked for my bill (which they never forwarded me) the cost for my carpet replacement was $80 less. They had the bill for over a month and never told me about the difference.
- pet rent is a non-refundable $15 per month odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
