Sierra Pointe Apartments

okay place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This place is a bit expensive for Tucson. Although the base rent when I moved in was $590 per month, now I pay close to $655 a month with a parking spot, electricity and now a cable fee. Without much notice or control there are often fees that are not advertised. The management is good, when they are around...which is not often the case. The one really great thing about this place is the maintenance. As soon as anything needs to be fixed it is taken care of that day. Some undergrads live here, and you can always tell when its a holiday weekend or when classes are out...it can get loud at 3am. Other than that it was an okay place.
