the cons:
internet sucks, its not high speed, the bandwidth is split between all apartments you cant stream or download worth anything and it often doesnt work at all.
cable is not free anymore and it sucks, terrible pictur quality, fuzzy reception, probably being split by managment to save $$
rent is overpriced, you can do better. pool is closed at 10:00pm everynight, locked up and hot tub is often out of commission.
parking is scarce and nonexistent after 5:00pm unless you pay for a covered parking space. dogs ---- everywhere, you cant walk in the courtyard without stepping in it, not to mention the constant barking. Security always around but doesnt prevent common breakins, my car was robbed after being here 2 months. The mantenance is nosy and will search your apartment, so make sure you have nothing to hide.rent goes up every year, no deal for signing a year lease anymore and since cable is no longer free I suspect other new fees will arise. everyone gets screwed out of there deposit and usually a little more, with pets you automatically have to have recarpeting. As mentioned in previous post you pay for electric in a co-pay system, all electric for the complex is split evenly amongst everyone, so if you use a lot its not too bad but if you conserve your paying other peoples. The ac is shut down from sept to april when it is still hot and heat is cut off during summer months which isnt a big deal, noone is ever in the offic during office hours so good luck contacting management
The pros: close to campus sort of, appliances work well, and mantenance will fix stuff quickly. walls are thick concrete so you can be louder than usual and if some dumbass burns his/her apt down it wont spread to yours.
This used to be low income housing which explains the concrete, copay electric and gates around complex which arent used anymore. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

You should hide illegal items if you know maintenance is coming in for preventative maintenance on a set day.
