This used to be an OK place to live, but lately the resident screening seems to be unexistant which translates in having really scary looking/acting neighbors.
When I moved in, there was a clause saying that only 2 people were allowed to live in the apartment. This was good as mostly college students lived in the complex. Now, families with 2-3 kids live here where apartments are no larger than 2 bedrooms. There are people drinking beer outside their apartments as early as 4:30 pm, partying until late hours, and puking on neighbors doors.
Pets had always been allowed, but whatever changed in maintenance, there is now a constant pet urine smell on the hallways.
The cable signal is very bad, there are constant lines running through the TV screen. Called the cable provider and they said there was nothing they could do due to the way the cables are lined.
AC/Heat is suppossed to be free, but the bills we pay for electric are high enough that I doubt this is true. During the summer they run as high as $90.
In conclusion, for the price you would pay now, it's not worth the environment you will encounter.
