A little pricey, but worth it

I've lived at Sierra Pointe for just over 6 months now, and let me say this is one of the best apartment complexes I've lived at. The employees are extremely nice and caring, they go out of your way to accommodate you. The lady in the office is there every day of the week if you need anything, plus when ever I needed maintenance, it was same day!
Apartment is pet friendly, in a very quiet neighborhood on a small street. Walking distance to various stores, bank and grocery store (about 10 min walk to Campbell plaza). The grounds are extremely well kept, and worked on weekly. There is a pool that is cleaned daily, as well as a nice gazebo and grass area for pets. All the utilities are included except a electricity which is pretty low, about $80 a month during the summer for two bedroom. (A/C was on 24/7)
The only downside I have for this place is that it is a little pricey for being so far away from campus. The UofA is about a 30 min walk and 10 min bike ride. The 2 bedrooms are perfect price, but I wasn't attracted to the one bedrooms because they were simply too much.
The best thing I have to admit though is the 2 bdrm 2 bath all have washer and dryers in them which was a deal breaker, plus at $880 a month with brand new carpet and everything else updated, you can't complain
