I have lived here for two years, new managment has become such a problem, for example, lots of crime is starting to show, my car has been broken into 3 times in the past 5 months, we never see security even though the office says they have a curtousy patrol, problems with plumbing have not been fixed after asking in 4 different ocassions, I would not recomend this complex to anyone, all we are seeing here is a lot of loud and thugish new tennants, as if new managment is not really paying attention to backround checks or criminal history anymore, the pool is supposed to be closed at 10pm but we constantly have loud and noisy people in there until about 12am, laundry facility is always a big big mess, staff is never available, managment office is always closed and even when open they dont ever have a solution for anything, it wont be long before i leave, so if your planning on living here GOOD LUCK.
