When I moved in over 2 1/2 years ago, I was impressed with the management team and maintenance crew. Since then, the mgmt has changed multiple times, the overall care of the apartments is poor. Such as; light poles in the courtyards, knocked over and laying on the ground for 2-3 months; gates into the complex, chained shut, because they said they were tired of repairing it; parking lot lights out for weeks at a time; doors on individual mailboxes, broken for over 1 1/2 years; water damage inside of apartments that take 3-5 weeks to get repaired.
Don't get me wrong, it's a pleasant area and relatively quiet, but it feels as if it's starting to "run down".
