PLEASE DON'T MOVE THERE!!! LET THEM GO BANKRUPT!!!
New ownership will eventually happen and the place might come back around.
I lived there for more than 4 years and it used to be great.
The only redeming quality of the place is the tenants. They are very friendly and down to earth. Most have lived there for many years. They welcome you in to the community. They have dinner parties and mixers. If you are nice and move there suddenly you will have 10 new best friends.
I DEFINATELY agree with all of the above stated comments. The place has gone down hill and the price has gone up. (poor pipes - poor pool area - parking lot trash - broken gates - broken lights - old amentities - not much works - dark and dank) They even painted it to look like every other apartment in Tucson (Mud brown). I have endured all of the above listed problems. What made it the worst was the additude of the management and staff. They are down right RUDE, THREATENING and criminal. If you give them grief they will single you out and make your life a living nightmare!
