WE've lived in these apts for 3 years now and we're leaving now, but not because this was too bad of a place.

All the basic things you need (washer/dryer, bathroom, fridge) are all good enough with the only drawback being the washer/dryer.
1. they're old
2. if u live in a 2 Br apt, its located in the kitchen, and it makes a lot of noise

the management isn't as bad as it is at other places...but that doesnt mean its good. Maitenance generally does half the work they should, and you must complain to get it all done. If you are lucky enough to talk with Melissa, that's good since she is really the only helpful person in management.

the pool is great, almost always well kept, with the occasional glass bottle of beer ending up in the jacuzzi overnight (not too often, and always cleaned up the next day)

Parking is fine. There are no reserved parking spots, so everyone usually takes the close ones, but walking an extra 20 yards won't kill you. There's never been a time where there are no parking spots. Most parking spots are covered, SOMETIMES you may have to settle for an uncovered parking spot.

If you're sitting in your bedroom reading with all your appliances turned off you might hear your neighbors. Other than that, we've generally had pretty quiet neighbors and really haven't ever heard them. Noise is not an issue.

Generally this is a safe place. Our car has been broken into once though, and the robbers didn't even take everything in the car (or try to hotwire it). That was a one time thing and hasn't happened or been reported by anyone else (that I know of).

So, if you can find a good price for an apt here, go ahead. If you want to settle here for a few years, there are some things that will probably bother you after a while. (This just happens to be a GREAT place for skateboarders to make as much noise as possible). But hey, I'm not making the decision for you.
