We moved in 2 months ago and I agree with th other comments - this place is a wreck.
Week 1

Upon move-in it was not clean: dust hanging from ceiling fan and ceiling and stuff in the oven.
Falling apart: the closet doors were all off track, burn marks on bathroom counters, the washer and dryer made so much noise it moved literally feet out from the wall. The washer leaked water an inch deep all the to the stove. The dryer takes 2 hours to dry one load. The dishwasher leaves crusted white soap on everything..

Management: They have come multiple times to "fix" things with no improvement. First theya re above and beyond a pain to contact and act like they could care less. They blamed all the appliances on us like the soap we were using and overloading the washer.

I can not express my anger fully on this comment. Please do not move here. Some other options are: The overlook in ORo valley (less rent, bigger apts and new appliances), the greens at sunrise and kolb, sabino canyon, and many others.

This place is a total dump and you will be upset at the money you pay for a foothills apt.
