Dont bother. Its a ripoff.

This complex is owned by a greedy and impersonal corporation. They get you in with a decent rate and then jack your rent up when its time to renew. My rent went up 100.00 after the first year. Some rents went up as much as 200.00. This place is a joke. They charge you astronomical processing fees. They even charge pets rent on top of security deposits for each pet. They figure if you are here then you will pay instead of going through he hassle of moving. While the office staff is nice, corporate stinks. Parking is horrible. Maintenance is worthless. If and when they get there, they usually have to come back to fix what they have just fixed. The unit s themselves are outdated. Cabinets falling apart, countertops in horrible condition, and the appliances are either missing parts or totally rundown. This place is a wreck. I hope they go out of business.
