I moved into the complex in May. This is my third complex and so far the best one. The office staff is very friendly and speak to you when you pass by. The neighbors are mostly friendly and the grounds are well maintained. It does bother me that the water is not individually metered and I often feel like I am paying to water the sidewalk and parking lot...water is a precious resource here. The apartment looked like the carpets hadn't been cleaned but I cleaned it with a steam cleaner and it looks much better. There were other minor issues when I moved in that the maintenaince staff took care of promptly. The appliances should be updated...the dishwasher is so old that there is not enough room on the top rack for some of my glasses (because they are too tall). Like any apartment the walls are thin and you can occasionally hear the neighbors. Overall it has been a great living experience. This is a complex that is comprised of professionals and elderly people. Respect here goes a long way!
