I liked the area the apartment was in. The complex is beautiful- well taken care of. I liked that it was gated for safety, but sometimes it was hard to get groceries up to our third floor apartment. The apartment could use some updating. Loved the closet space. Kitchen was oddly spaced, but usable.

DISAGREE...walk this site @ night and cound ALL OF THE SITE LIGHTS THAT ARE BURNED OUT!!! Also, besides the (9) State of Arizona Swimming Pool Code Violations that I have found in the Pool Area.....there is NO EMERGENCY TELEPHONE in the Pool area between 5 pm and 11 pm in the evening...the phone is located inside the CLUBHOUSE...it's locked up at 5 pm every day. If there is an emergency situation or near drowning in the POOL AREA...you really HAVE to have an emergency phone...to make FREE calls to 911. Oh, there is a SIGN that says call 911 in case of an EMERGENCY, but how are you supposed to do that??? Also, on the Pool Rules Sign, there is no "number for Pool Capacity"...I know, this is a minor thing, but it's a State of Arizona Pool Code requirement! Management NEEDS to read the State of Arizona Pool Codes and make this Pool area Safe...and walk this property at NIGHT and get the SITE LIGHTS ON....ASAP!!! A POORLY LIGHTED SITE can lead to RAPES, ASSAULTS, CAR THEFT, PEOPLE BREAKING INTO CARS AND UNITS, OR WORSE....SITE LIGHTING IS VERY IMPORTANT and it's my understanding that the CORPORATE OFFICE is NOT giving the Property Manager the funds she needs to get these SITE LIGHTS REPAIRED...due to the slow economy...they are more worried about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ than they are our SAFETY!
